The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. The breakfast was awesome, with toast and a real meal, for example.- The team was attentive and kept the space impeccably clean.

That was convenient hotel set in nice enough area. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Cancun. Also was walking distance to eateries and pubs. The staff were absolutely lovely and kind, gave us great tips. Upon arrival we got a cocktail.

The amazing service and shuttle to airport far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was good with jam, juice plus toast and we spent evenings in the downstairs bar on-site. The location was central, close enough to the center of Cancun and close to the bus station.

Close to ADO (5min walk), restaurants and buses to the beaches (20mins away) Staff is very friendly. Comfortable beds.
Room smelled strange, not sure if it was mold or cleaning products. Hotel is very pricey for what it offers. Swimming pool was dirty. AC was extremely loud and old so difficult to sleep. Needs renovations.

Magnificent location of the hotel in very shaded area surrounded by walls. The staff was absolutely lovely and awesome and we would stay here again.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff at front desk at check-in.
There was a nasty, strong sewer smell in the bathroom. The A/C was the noisiest unit I think I've ever heard in a hotel room. Not far from the bus terminal, but very difficult to find. If you opt for the breakfast, make sure you know what kind of breakfast you're paying for.

Close to bus station
The room had an adjoining room seperated by a closed wooden door. The people in the other room had guests and were partying all night.had to sleep with earphones on to try and get any sleep...nightmare

Staff friendly and helpful. Price-value (but special offer) unbeatable. ADO (busstation) and shops for daily life pretty close to the hotel.
Rooms very dark.

Nothing special
First room smells like raid or chimical stuff. Second room smells musty. Been wake up around 2;00 in the middle of the night by 3 mexicans who acted like if it was normal to take a shower for 30 min, yelling put tv on (and loud) at that hour The staff could not help (language) did not really speak english and we ask twice to change room and finally been understood. Pool is small and did not look inviting

Clean and really well priced. Not far from the Ado bus terminal (less than 10 mins) The AC works, but more on one side of the room than the other (old school box in the wall type). As a hotel it was cheaper than many hostels. Shower worked and had reasonable pressure/temperature which was good. Organizing tours through Sebastian downstairs was cheaper than any price I was able to negotiate in town (maybe I suck at that? But even still. good fair prices). Was going to stay here on my second visit, only didn't so I could check out other hotels.
Wifi was so bad as nearly nonexistent (samsung s5 and samsung tab3) and we were two doors from the router. So... if you're planning on this place partly cos of free wifi - rethink. The pool closes at 9pm. A bit early don't you think? 9pm is only the start of the evening in Mexico? Water was supposedly included, 500ml bottle per person per day - but we had to chase that up, each day. Painful. You're a hotel, and not a bad one, this is basic stuff. No fridges or ice machines either.

Very near city centre. Beautiful building - loved the original wooden staircase. Breakfast lovely - lots of choice.
Bitten severely by something in the bed - so think unclean mattress or blankets. 4 dead cockroaches found in room - at least they were dead. Room very dark even with lights on.
